work from home facility. You get to work with best people in open source technology.

Cons

No standard benefits for employees. Every region is given different benefits. People in the same country are not given same benefits, things like pension contribution is offered to few employees. Salary and benefits is negotiated only at the time of joining and there is no normalisation of the salary in the long term. There is pay gap among engineers. No scope for growth in career.
