I have been working at Linklaters full-time

    Pros

    - management cares about employees, particularly in smaller departments - flexible working arrangements (everyone can work from home one day a week, now new small subsidy for home office equipment) - good benefits (gym on site, private doctor and dentist on site) - friendly collegial environment

    Cons

    - long hours, although there seems to be less of an expectation to work weekends than at some other law firms - low salaries compared to US law firms
