Great work-life balance, Impressive leadership, the ability to grow and learn, unlimited PTO, respectful co-workers, the comradery between employees + leadership! Over the 3 years, I've been at Little Spoon, I've been able to craft my role and learn from leadership. The inclusivity is unmatched within everyone at the company and you will feel like you have a voice no matter the project!
