Pros

For the most part, all the people are pretty great. To counter the recent negative review, the "liberal" causes that the company supports clearly reflect the majority of people in the company and what they stand for. This is one of the things that made LogRocket feel more inclusive and welcoming (though I can't say the same for one exec's association with Peter Thiel).

Cons

- After a few months there, you can easily tell who is a favorite and who is not, and it is not based on job performance. The same handful of people tend to get recognized over and over and have consistent raises. There are others who are essential to the business, put in so much effort, and then are not rewarded on some technicality because they don't suck up enough. One of the best members of the staff was let go for raising concerns about salary disparities compared to performance, and the team never recovered as there was no qualified replacement. - While catered lunch and stipends are very nice, the push for return to office after hiring so many team members as remote workers is frustrating. It is especially annoying when your team is not all local as the mandate feels pointless with everyone having different requirements. At least from personal experience, there was little more collaboration in office and far more distractions like loud music which just hindered productivity. - They will ALWAYS find a scapegoat in the form of a lowly team member they already don't like. You can do everything right and by the book but you'll still be condescendingly chastised and nitpicked about everything that could've been better. - The morale downturn was palpable. In a few years, the job became much less fun and much more stressful. The usual commiseration with teammates about difficult customers turned into quiet grievances about leadership and dwindling hope things would get better.

Pros

Start up feel everyone is friendly with each other and a ton of collaboration

Cons

Some management does not care about career progession to AE role. Often doesnt understand that prior engagments come up and that is why dials or other metrics are not hit. Would not allow team members to attend discovery meetings they booked to learn more about the process because they would be missing the daily call blitzs. Cares more about the metrics than success of individuals.
