      Pros

      Intellectually challenging projects; brilliant coworkers; steep learning curve; increasingly agile; highly collaborative; variety in the work. It's the best place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      The consultancy exhibits some characteristics that are common to smaller companies, which might not suit some people--executive leadership feels close and immediate, lots of conversation, ambiguity in the work itself. Sometimes those factors are sources of frustration but can become good opportunities for relationship building.
