Pros

There are no pros with this company other then being able to call in sick when ever you want or being able to take long lunches and breaks.

Cons

Management blames everyone else for the mistakes they get paid to catch. No learning material given Absolutely no job security, they lay off people all the time. They don't give appreciation when deserved. They pay is horrible and they will try and work you as much as possible. They offer a yearly bonus and usually lets go a ton of people before the bonus is given so they don't have to pay out. They always say they are trying to expand the company and really all the clients they have are never satisfied.

Pros

If you want a job, and you get one here, you will get a paycheck? That's about all I can think of. It's a job if you need one.

Cons

No processes, constant turnover and over-hiring. Constant change in processes. HR was a nightmare with no accountability. Basically an overall horrific experience. If you don't work 10+ hour days, you are considered a slacker.

Pros

Alot going on, never the same things twice, You can definitiely jump into something and learn a new skill or 2. People are great.

Cons

Choatic, no structure. The environment is very sterile. Never makes an employee feel like there is job security. At a moments notice, you can be gone. Work their key employees to the bone, no respect for personal lives
