Pros

Opportunity for management. There’s really no pros to this company other than they will literally hire anyone.

Cons

Low wages High Turn Over No Raises Unappreciated This organization has changed a lot over its 40 years. Today you are simply not a person but just a number. They do not value or respect your personal time. All they care about is themselves. I’ve first hand witness retaliation. I have witness senior supervisors talk badly about other people and employees openly to other employees. They claim they have an open door policy but that’s a joke. I’ve watched people’s pay change 4 different times in a year without reason or notice. Watched drastic pay cuts happen to managers for no reason at all. Heard upper management brag about the company making more money than ever but continued to cut salaries and give no raises. Health Insurance is so expensive employees can’t even afford it. They do not match or contribute to 401k. There’s 15+ year veteran managers making the same pay as manager with 1 days experience. They set all employees at the same pay rate and don’t give performance raises. High turn over. There’s lot of opportunities for management only due to fact they have burned through anyone with experience. Employees are being promoted to General Managers who have been employed a year or less with no management experience simply due to the fact they have no one else to choose from. Drivers put high miles and wear and tear on vehicles and pay higher insurance premiums. 9/10 times you won’t get off on time. You are expected to do the work of CSR so they can send them home to save labor. Managers seemed stressed and are on call 24/7. I have witness people required to work through flu, food poisoning etc. Taking a sick day is not an option. Most holidays you are required to work without compensation. Better believe the office and above store level management take off every calendar holiday. I would not recommend this company to even part time students. Work for a company who appreciates your hard work and time.

Pros

-Extremely flexible hours, you can request whatever schedule you want pretty much -Great pay for the work you are doing (If you are not closing the store all week) -Great student job, or for extra cash during the week -You get to eat pizza, so, pretty cool. -The managers are all pretty cool, even the DM is a nice guy. -50% Employee Discount on food, but there is usually free food laying around from canceled orders you can have. -I've worked at the Northgate store, CS store, and Bryan Store and at each of them you will become friends with fellow Drivers. It's a fun relaxed environment until the rush hits around 5:30p.m.-10:00p.m. and during that time you are out driving non-stop so you can just listen to music and deliver your pies.

Cons

-Wears down your car (in more ways than you think). You are driving a LOT more than a normal person so your chance of random problems really increases. Accidentally running over a nail, burning out a break light or headlight, your alternator giving up on you. Driving 8+ hours a night, putting 60-100 miles on your car a night if it's really busy, that stacks. -Expect to spend between $10-$20 on gas a night. -If you are closing 3-5 nights a week you are doing a lot more work than other drivers for only a little more pay -No holidays off except Christmas -If you are delivering in Bryan you are required to deliver to some questionable areas where robberies of drivers have occurred before. -THE BIGGEST CON OF THIS JOB -- You will not be able to take this experience anywhere but up the ladder at Domino's/MACPizza. Delivery driving doesn't even really count as restaurant experience. This is not a job you want to work for years like I did it will not look good that you delivered pizzas for a living for years. There is no career experience here to be had, you can maybe pull off that it was "customer service" experience but still.
