MEC reviews about "management"

The teams don't support each other. They wont help you develop a career plan. Poor management. Creating a process, in order to improve, and implementing that process does not exists in this company. Their systems are 2000 years old.

Upper management is about the bottom dollar. Rules are applied on case by case basis.

-Mandatory 50 hour work week. -Management will try to continuously push you to do more. Will not pay you more if you ask. - Micromanage every single thing you do. -Treat workers as disposable. -Management constantly will watch cameras. Even if you come in on the weekend. -Management will count how many times you use the bathroom if they feel you use it "more than normal". -Management will throw you under the bus. -Management will never take responsibility for problems they create. -Management will make people fear they will lose their job if they do not work harder. -Management will treat you differently if you do not come in on Saturdays. -Bully environment

Negative, no support, and pay.

Management is going through some changes.

They changed the raise system to base raises instead of work/production related raises. Health insurance deductible is outrageous for a family.
