      Pros

      Everything at MEDVAL is fantastic. Management works with you and your background. Work/life balance is wonderful. The training provided is far beyond anything that I have received at other companies. This is a non-traditional job for an attorney, but it is great if you are not looking for a law firm environment/lifestyle. Everyone is very nice and supportive! I have recommended MEDVAL to several friends!

      Cons

      For me there are none! I am a remote employee, which I love. Others may see this as a con.

      Pros

      The work environment is wonderful. Your hard work is appreciated and acknowledge and I've had several opportunities to advance. Management is great and extremely supportive, never shying away when you seek out advice/help. My co-workers truly are phenomenal at every level, supportive with every need at every level. The balance between work life and home is amazing as well. This is a company that encourages all employees to strive for the best in both lives.

      Cons

      I am a work from home employee (another great benefit); however, there are times it feels as if I am getting information on trends within the industry/CMS a bit delayed versus being in the office setting.

      Pros

      On all levels, Medval is a top-notch, professional organization. Management is engaged, the employees are professional, and there's room for growth. And as far as work-life balance goes, this is hands down the best company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Health insurance offerings are a little on the pricey side. It's pretty hard to link that to Medval though, because this is an across the board issue for most businesses. On the bright side, the company more than makes up for it in other areas, including compensation.
