Exposure to regional (Singapore) market and business operations Opportunities to develop B2B sales or inside sales experience Learning curve can be steep — good for fresh grads who want hands-on experience Small team structure means you may wear multiple hats and gain broader experience

Cons

Unfair compensation model: Paid in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) while handling Singapore-based work High workload with Singapore KPIs but no Singapore-level salary or benefits Limited career growth or unclear promotion path Lack of transparency in job scope vs actual expectations Poor work-life balance due to high expectations and lean team Benefits not competitive compared to market standards for similar roles No structured training or onboarding for complex job functions

Pros

Remote job, slightly above average pay

Cons

Toxic work culture especially the boss and the upper management. Turnover rate is so high. Entire department resigned because of the toxicity. This is not the first time the entire department has resigned, and will not be the last time. Company either fires you or forces you to resign yourself after 3 months. No benefits at all for first 3 months.
