      Great team culture but frequent restructuring impacts morale

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with my team and appreciated the collaborative, inclusive culture across the business. There are a lot of talented and supportive people, which made it an enjoyable place to work. The Melbourne office is modern, well located, and provides a great working environment with good technology and facilities. The work itself was engaging and offered opportunities to solve interesting problems and work across a range of initiatives.

      Cons

      One of the biggest challenges is the ongoing uncertainty created by frequent organisational restructures and redundancy rounds. While I understand that businesses need to adapt, the regular changes can create a sense of unease around job security. Over time, this can have an impact on morale and make it harder for employees to feel confident that the business is investing in their long term development. It's an area that, if improved, could make a significant difference to employee engagement and overall culture.
