Nice office, competitive salary and benefits

Cons

Non-production function departments work like a worse example of a local company (many employees are afraid to express their professional position so as not to lose their jobs). Processes and procedures depend on the "bottleneck". The chief accountant is domineering and rude. Deeply disappointed with this experience.
