Pros

The tech team are wonderful at their jobs. The sales team is very well compensated compared to the industry, and most of management is talented, accommodating, and very approachable. Perks such as low healthcare premiums, snacks in the break room, overall young age of the employees, and annual company retreat are good things about working here.

Cons

In the finance team, there is some mismanagement, lack of clear direction, poor leadership, and overall disconnect with the growth priorities of the rest of the organization. Also, the office is a bit drab and depressing.

Pros

Best reason to work at Madison Logic is the work life balance it provides along with growth opportunities.

Cons

Not as of such, just I would feel that the compensation and perks should be more.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We would be happy to learn more about what perks & benefits the team would like to see in addition to what is already offered over-and-above CTC. In setting our compensation packages, we conducted a salary benchmark analysis in the Pune market to ensure that our base compensation and perks are aligned to industry standards. ML currently offers (Over and Above Fixed CTC): - Group Personal Medical Insurance with Wellness Add-On - Group Personal Accident (AD&D) - Group Term Life Insurance - Learning & Development Allowance - Health & Wellness Allowance Paid Time Off: - 18 Earned Leave - 14 Company Holidays - 3 Floating Holidays - 8 Casual Leave (which can be used for sickness) - 2 Sick / Mental Health If you have suggestions that you would like to share with us, please feel free to submit them to the anonymous suggestion box, or reach out directly to a member of the People Team.

Pros

Great salary Good people Nothing else

Cons

HR policies sucks in INDIA bait & switch offer letter, reduced leaves in just 1 month. If you're coming as software dev/devops don't join. You will treated as operations person, following rules like stay 9 hours in office without work, no wfh, no flexibility & worst HR telling you your leaves will be cut if you go home early. Lots of changes are required in India is what I feel.BTW Your peers in other countries will be working from home

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to point out that our leave allowances remain generous and while we did recently reduce the number of available sick days, we simultaneously increased the number of Company Holidays from 9 to 14 (adding 5). Annual paid leave allowances in India as of 2025 amount to a total of 45 days as follows: - 18 Earned Leave - 14 Company Holidays - 3 Floating Holidays - 8 Casual Leave (which can be used for sickness) - 2 Sick / Mental Health We understand that the messaging around the changes could have been improved and we will endeavor to do better in the future. All job openings for our Pune office are advertised as fully in-office roles. Regarding flexibility and work-from home, we have found that onboarding and training experiences are more effective when completed in-person. Therefore, we made the decision to offer 2-day WFH after probationary periods (6-months) are completed. This office is newly opened (as of September 2024), with new team members joining monthly since its inception, this means that depending on your start date, you will be given the opportunity to WFH on two designated days per week sometime in Q2 of 2025. Team members in other regions have worked for Madison Logic for extended periods of time and are therefore already working under a hybrid arrangement. We appreciate you offering your feedback and we will aim to better communicate role expectations with candidates to avoid any future misunderstandings. Thank you
