Pros

A wonderful company to work for in its prime. Some of the best coworkers I've ever had the honor of working with. The owners were very generous to the employees when the company was showing major profits. It was a great experience to be part of this company as it grew.

Cons

Ownership has made some bad marketing decisions within the last few years which has put them into financial trouble. Several employees with over 10 years of loyal dedication and experience have been laid off.

Nice, smart, and talented employees

Cons

No well thought out strategic plans. Everything seems to be last minute bandaid solutions and anytime someone tries to change that, leadership gets in the way. The company wants to make changes to survive and be a thriving company again, but they don’t want to change how they are used to doing things.
