Using the latest software technologies and latest approaches is encouraged No legacy code and no legacy tech constraints People are friendly and helpful Less time in meetings compared to most companies
Cons
Managers will call you out if you are not prepared for meetings There isn't a roadmap for many of the things being done and that means spending a lot of time figuring out different things.
