Great team of people who really care about what they do. Leadership really cares about their team. Lots of growth opportunities.

Cons

Work/life balance can be hard at times but the team is working to help that.

Management is overpaid and incompetent. Company may not be around much longer.

Top Heavy with Management and In Need of a New Project

Pros

Wonderful, talented people to work with. Office is in a nice neighborhood. Company has a good office with a great full-sized theatre and throws some fun work parties. If any new projects ever started it would be a good place to work.

Cons

Very top-heavy with management, no new projects in a long while, don't treat employees with a lot of respect or provide career advancement opportunities. Client is a nightmare to deal with but as they are the only client they can get away with it. A lot of turmoil in the past 2 years...went from over 400 employees and many projects to barely over 100 employees and several projects. No job security, unless you're a senior executive. Opportunities aren't given to long-term, proven employees. Company shows no loyalty to their staff.
