      Great pay and able to work remotely. Have the opportunity to earn yearly bonus. 3 weeks vacation, plus sick time. Sick time rolls over.

      Middle management changes frequently and lacks knowledge or direction to be effective in their position. High rate of turnover throughout company.

      Great work environment, staff is very friendly and always willing to help others out.

      Cons

      Because MHS is growing so quickly, they are hiring too fast which puts HR behind. They have to have a certain percentage of contracted employees so it can be difficult to get hired on as an MHS employee.
