If you're a hard working employee, this company will work with you!!! I've been with MRS for 3 yrs now and life happens, and they understand. The Management team and MRS has stood by my side through the darkest hours of my life these past 3 years. Not just professionally but personally as well. They've encouraged me to grow within the company and in life. While MRS is a business they are compassionate with their employees. If you have a problem the supervisors will always listen. As I've been told if not for the staff, MRS wouldn't be successful. If you're a hard worker, have excellent customer service skills and have a strong moral work ethic they will stand by you. They want you to succeed.
Cons
Infrequent merit increases. Identified problems can take to long to be rectified causing a decrease in moral.
