      Full of Politics and Toxic Environment.

      Only one thing I found good i.e "Product quality and capability"

      Cons

      Referral program creating political environment, many dumb/unprofessional people joined and making toxic env for other people. Support is worse and good people are leaving one by one, managers are busy in making their good image in front of upper management. No hard work appreciation, you have to be good in buttering and should give complement to your manager 24/7. All over company is shrinking slowly.

      Center head behaves like a Bank Manager and interfere in your day to day job responsibilities. Couple of so called people claim themselves as founding members group(so what?), and behave unethical, they don't listen to good feedback/inputs from other, assume you are out of ORG if you do so. THEY ARE HIGHLY POLITICAL. Good people leaving for the same reason. Referrals program is a big mess and has become a money earning means for founding members.
