other than salary & benefits part everything inside the company is way too bad, too much of work pressure, Hiring and firing is common, too much politics inside the company, recruiter from one team may not talk to another team recruiter. in the past recruiters used to feel Mastech is the must have company in their profile. now its other way round because of hiring firing policy their brand value is completely coming down day by day. not less than 90% of mastech employees are terminated and working for different companies in and around of bangalore and other locations too. i have see so many people hired and fired in this company, i dont know why they are hiring if they want to fire them.. such a worst company.. don't try to join and you get terminated from them and spoil your profile value. Their mantra is "we are paying you and you are our slaves" do whatever we said.. They don't consider their workers as a human being.. they consider they are slaves...

- Poor Management - Treats employees like animals , Donkeys to be precise - Work environment is poor and management tries to keep employees under constant pressure. I think this is the reason their attrition rate is so high - They don't care about employee satisfaction - Fire employees like no other company. if you are not performing for 2 consecutive months be ready to get fired - Worst, during full and final they will try to steal every penny possible from you - Interestingly, i was given 2 checks in my full and final and they both bounced."Mastech", I still have those checks!!
