Some old school coworkers need to go as they start nothing but trouble. One coworker has 12 plus years, thinks she runs the office, just looks to start trouble and the reason I'm no longer with MS&R
Inconsistent management where requirements apply to some but not all. No HR department to voice concerns about bullying or harassment. Software system very outdated and crashes all day.
