1. Mcdermott has an excellent and flexible work environment. 2. The timing for both lunch and the workday are excellent. 3. A stable workplace atmosphere. 4. The director, RP sir, is a really kind and helpful man.
Cons
1. There are few to no opportunities for advancement in the organization because there are so many engineers at your level and the manager favors just their favored staff members because he is unsure of the quality of the other workers. 2. The manager may occasionally be unaware of what is going on in the team. 3. Leads prioritize their favorite or closest teammates or friends and working as they like. (for ex. giving WFH to him or to there fvt. persons) 4. Terrible HR team. They don't pay attention to you and never respond.
