Pros

Might get a break in product management.

Cons

Wouldn't recommend working here. My role was terminated a day before my maternity leave began. I was blindsided, and it was such a low blow. They countered it, saying that we will cover the maternity period's salary and the benefits, as if that was a favor they were extending. Overall, the org direction kept changing every few months, and it was frustrating to anchor your strategy.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We recognize how difficult moments like this can be, especially when they coincide with major life events. During a reduction in force in 2023, Measured faced many very tough decisions that impacted both the organization and individuals. Our intent is always to approach these moments with empathy and respect, and when roles are impacted, we aim to provide thoughtful transition support, including compensation and benefits to help ease the change. We're continuously looking at ways to use current and former employee feedback constructively, so we thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Pros

1. You will definitely learn… because you’ll have no other option. 2. Exposure to real production issues early on. Team doesnt bother if you understand product, they throw you to work and do best without any aid. 3. Some genuinely good people across teams (Solutions especially) who make the days bearable. Rest, indians in tech teams are real snakes. 4. If you like figuring things out alone at 2 AM, you’ll become very resourceful. I had sleepless fun nights understanding product on my own.

Cons

This is one of those places where what you see on paper and what you experience daily are very different. I joined with enthusiasm, people boss are all great. amazing perks and compensation as well. But, There is little to no structured onboarding or training. For the first couple of months, there was no proper L&D, no documentation, and no clear guidance. Most learning happens by asking teammates, literally finding duplicate tickets on JIRA on similar previous issues, or just trial-and-error in production. If you’re new, expect to swim before being taught how to float. The Tech Ops culture is heavily bonus-driven, and unfortunately that shapes behaviour. Collaboration often takes a back seat to individual metrics. Knowledge sharing is limited, responses are delayed, and people tend to protect their own numbers rather than help the team. It doesn’t feel like a team, it feels like a group of individuals competing in the same room, and yes they are Indians, struggling and money focussed. Ones who are really smart witty & think out of the box, doesn't stay here. Raising concerns about training gaps, culture, or fairness doesn’t really go anywhere. Feedback is heard politely, acknowledged verbally, and then quietly ignored. Over time, you learn that speaking up just makes you “that person.” The exit experience was where things truly fell apart. Notice periods changed multiple times with no clarity. Responsibilities were suddenly taken away. Access was revoked abruptly without warning during a voluntary resignation. No proper exit interview, no closure, no dignity. It felt less like a professional exit and more like being switched off. To add to the confusion, misinformation tends to circulate internally during exits. Instead of handling departures transparently, narratives are controlled, which is unsettling when you’ve resigned professionally. Being an Indian, i accept the fact that its smooth and sane to work around people from Europe, south America etc but definitely not with Indians who are so Insecured about their jobs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, At the same time, we appreciate you acknowledging the learning opportunities, our first class total rewards package, and the many dedicated colleagues across teams who did make a positive impact. We continue to reflect on feedback like this as we work to strengthen training, knowledge sharing, and consistency across teams, while fostering a supportive and transparent employee experience.
