      I enjoy that every day feels different at this company. Its size allows for real opportunities to make an impact and suggest changes that benefit both the business and your own development. There’s genuine room for growth, which is something I’ve always valued when joining a firm. The culture is positive, with the occasional social event, and management is understanding and flexible when needed.

      This is likely due to the company’s current growth stage, but expanding employee benefits is something that could be considered. That said, I’ve been informed this is already being looked into
