Pros

Small company, potential to advance but only if you are liked by key management personnel.

Cons

Some upper management are clueless and like to shift blame to others when they are actually the source of failures and product delays.. Lots of scapegoating, ruling by intimidation and vague threats. Random layoffs of older employees. Signs of age discrimination but they know how to cover their butts.

The name of the company is Medivators now. Not Minntech.

Cons

Management is the worst in the industry. The president of the company has hired the entire crew he used to work with while he was at Boston Scientific in the over a decade ago. The compensation plan and leadership is that dated as well. The VP is significantly passive aggressive and will not listen to advice from his team. Promotion has come only to those that have worked with the President/VP in the past. There's been a multitude of false promises and missteps with product development and sales since the regime change five years ago.

There are some nice employees that work really hard.

Cons

Horrible management! Continue to add more and more upper management but won’t bring on staff that actually does the work! Extremely long hours with no appreciation or respect just dump more on. Certain people that have been there a long time think they run the whole show with no opportunity for others to provide feedback.
