      Very Bad Pay compared to Peer

      Flexible time. Work Life balance.

      Cons

      The pay is much lower compared to other peers. There is no opportunity for growth or exposure to new technologies. There is a lack of knowledge among higher management. No hikes no promotion. No benefits of working at the company

      High Expectations from Company be ready for any role.

      Pros

      Please be careful with your skillset if you're applying here expectations are too high doesn't matter whichever role you're selected for. People are cooperative.

      Cons

      Less tolerant for mistakes if you're a fresher I feel they expect experienced person in a fresher who just stepped out of college that's somehow irrational thought. People are overworked don't even have time to help you. Extra qualifications are must not at all on basic level like SaS etc. Not good for a person who is starting his career.
