The only good thing about this company is Work from home
Cons
Employees are the worst including the managers and the so-called HR. People here are so unprofessional and each one behave like they own the company and they are the boss. They are always ready to point out mistakes but never ever take a moment to appreciate our work or recognize our efforts. There is nothing called as team work here. Work is kind of relaxed only but the team mates here create an hell out of everything. We don't have enough freedom to express our concerns as "favorism" is at its peaks. Again I don't mean to blame all the managers. Management doesn't even give the new joiners proper training, we will no clue about what they're expecting from us. No transparency at all.
