Pros

benefits, training/ education, leads, coaching

Cons

live and die by the leads you're given, a lot of leads are recycled, seems like the program is to get you to bring in your "personal potential" assets aka friends and family, and see what you can drum up from the leads, and when you fail they increased on-book AUM and you go on your way.
