      1. Method, India, is essentially run by the London office, which means you get to work with a global team from the start. 2. Super cool colleagues and senior management. 3. Flexible policies 4. High learning 5. Competetive pay

      Cons

      1. Connection with Global Logic means that for HR and IT-related stuff, you might face some roadblocks. But that's not a biggie!

      Pros

      A good place to build your book if you're early in your career. Good location. Free snacks and lunches. Good name based on San Francisco studio, certainly won't hurt your resume.

      Cons

      Nebulous feedback means a lot of work gets redone or abandoned. Overworked creative leadership that is inaccessible except when they want to be. This adds up to lot of long long wasted hours. Very inefficient process overall. Small office is a popularity club and a lot of backtalking. Not much room for personalities that differ from what's already there. Limited opportunities for advancement even for those who absolutely deserve it.
