      It's great ,but there is very less growth .

      Pros

      1.No need to extend working hours until production request employee to . 2.Hourly pay if employee has to extend . 3.if saturday and Sunday are working comapny will pay and also give comp offs.

      Cons

      1.No proper head to take care of the departments. 2.production rules over artist. 3.No growth for years. 4.comapny keep switching with one name to another which causes lot of trouble to the employees with the working hours.

      Pros

      It was a brief time working at method studios but I thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a lot of flexibility and I was directly reporting to onshore manager. There was a lot of support in terms of learning and guidance.

      Cons

      There was some minor corporate politics happening in the local production departments and the company was transitioning at that time (bought by Framestore]. But none of them affected me.
