The company is out of touch with the employees, and is severely behind the times in terms of culture and value. Not a positive work environment, and there is zero transparency here; no company-wide meetings or any sort of regular communications with employees from upper management/the district manager. District manager does not foster an encouraging environment or team work.
MWRD is currently working on a strategic plan, which includes becoming a "great place to work". Hopefully, it will become one, and can join other Denver companies in having a progressive outlook on work policies, benefits, and general attitudes about employees.
