Pros
Staff, managers and directors are given a lot of freedom to make day to day decisions. Not micromanaged by leadership. Great vacation time if you work there over 5 years. Best group of staff you will ever work with (in your department and other departments)!!
Cons
Little opportunity to have a voice at higher levels therefore implementing changes outside your department is unlikely. Often poor communication from upper management.
