This firm provides unlimited opportunity for people who want to pursue what used to be called the American Dream. That is, when the American Dream involved succeeding in business and life by being independent and self-reliant. Today the American Dream seems to have morphed into dependency and reliance on others, especially the government.
Cons
For people with a business founder/owner outlook, compensation is unlimited and time off only constrained by your own income requirements. Benefits are as good as any Fortune 100 Company offers. The con is you have to actually earn your way. Most people aren't cut to work for themselves. A dependent employee mentality of trying to get as much as you can by giving the least work and effort won't help you any more here than it will in the other places you got justifiably fired from.
Basically no training... you have to be one of the good old boys, a good friend or a family member to get anywhere in this uptight place, backstabbing and whining galore among these so called sophisticated men.
