1. Low compensation. Near nil yearly increments. Bonus is a lie. 2. Slow company management. More of talks and less of implementation. 3. Management doesn't want to pay for good engineers. They just want to get work done at lowest possible cost.. and quality of work/products doesn't matter. 4. Low expenditure on employee benefits. 5. Weak HR function. Department is more for formality purpose. 6. Bonus is just a figure on your compensation letter. Only 25% bonus was paid previous year and this year 0% was paid. Note that bonus amount is a large portion of salary at Micro Focus. Low hope to get any next bonus as well.
