      Unmatched company culture that practices what it preaches about prioritizing family and work/life balance. The client work is meaningful. Diversity in project work.

      Cons

      As with everyone, the company has a capacity challenge. There have been a few small growing pains as the company continues to scale up.

      The employees are very nice and personable, you have lots of opportunity to grow and take on/own new projects, plenty of PTO with great benefits. They've really mastered the remote-life

      Cons

      There are some growing pains and capacity concerns but it looks like they are addressing it quite well
