I applied online. I interviewed at Milepost Consulting
Interview
Completed a 30 minute, preliminary interview, that in my opinion, went exceedingly well. After being told that they are interested in the next steps, I was completely ghosted by the interviewer/company after they specifically asked me to reach out to them lol. I would expect this kind of behavior from a company that never provided me with a specific follow-up date.. I understand that situations come up, but honestly, it’s not that difficult to simply say you're not moving forward at this time. Fairly disappointed with the lack of professionalism during the interview process.

Question 1
Asked basic questions like why are you interested in the position, tell me about yourself, etc.
I had three rounds of interviews with Milepost spanning over a month. The call with the recruitment team should have been the first red flag as they were disorganized and unprofessional, and gave a concerning response regarding diversity at the company, to say the least. I had to wait several weeks to accommodate people's schedules and in the final round was essentially verbally offered the role before being turned down after a simple writing assessment because "the role is changing." This notice came only after I reached out again to them. Steer clear, not worth the hassle.

Question 1
How would you counsel a client who doesn't have a comms/marketing strategy or a clear goal for one?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Milepost Consulting in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied through a referral, had two interviews and provided two work example. The entire process took three months.
The interviews themselves were decently professional (as long as you don’t mind being interviewed by someone in their pajamas laying in bed), but the HR protocol was lacking. Every timeframe that HR provided was delayed at least 2 weeks and I had to rearrange my travel twice to accommodate their changing interview timeframe.
The hiring manager was decent throughout the process, until the email was sent that notified me I was no longer in consideration. After spending 3 months accommodating their schedule, providing multiple work examples, and making it to the final interview round- I expected more feedback and professionalism than the generic email saying I wasn’t a fit for the position.
