Pros
Everyone is so friendly it's really easy to get along with my team. I really enjoy the flat hierarchy that the company has. I am not afraid to speak up about my thoughts, and my inputs are always taken seriously by the team. Overall lovely place to work, and I highly recommend!
Cons
It can be a typical start-up life, so very fast-paced - this is both exciting but also daunting sometimes because it feels like there's a lot to stay on top of. Also, work loads can increase around critical points, which is understandable and this is always communicated to us before hand.
