Pros

1. Salary offered is competitive. 2. Good benefits - such as free gym access, free health-checkups and fitness-consultations 3. Good food with variety of options for veg/non-veg. 4. TechLeads are hands-on and provide good guidance/mentorship

Cons

1. Micro-management: Daily standups that last more than 30+ minutes per day. A typical backend developer has a day that has lots of interruptions - pager incidents related to infra issues, production issues, etc. Not that I'm blaming these, but when you're given this much responsibility, having to justify every hour/minute you spent and being scrutinzed daily by EM is demotivating and affects morale. I personally feel that we had more quality releases with minimal delays when we had once-a-week standups instead of daily. 2. Constant focus on shipping faster when there's no real urgency, lack of concern shown towards addressing technical debt. 3. Product Managers don't fully own up to their shortfalls in PRD Design/or the fact that there's scope-creep in the middle of development sprint. 4. Lots of bugs being introduced to due to stress induced by (1), that in turn increases technical debt.

Pros

Nothing that I can think off

Cons

- When I had joined everything was pretty peaceful until it all started going downhill in the past couple of months - Micromanagement - You will be judged if you leave early (but won't see the fact that you come early too) - Favouritism ( management has couple of favourites in the organisation, as long as they are there, they really don't care if others are quitting ) - Only 2 WFH's per month and you will have to share the list of things you have done for the day coz they don't trust their employees - Growing fast but really need management skills to run the organisation - Lack of communication with the higher management, sudden policy is put in place which makes no sense - No support from peers - Zero company ethics - Zero trust policy (THEY DON'T TRUST THEIR EMPLOYEES!!) - VP level employees have no sense of talking, they are basically ill-mannered and need some basic behavioural workshops - Horrible place to work - Management doesn't care - You will choke and suffocate if you work here

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are trying to improve as an organisation and are committed to make efforts at individual and organisational level to emerge as a great place to work. In terms of policies around WFH - we provide lot of flexibility to our employees and have around 90% utilisation, with complete trust and transparency. There is always scope for improvement - and we are committed to raise the bar !

Pros

- Free food - Freedom to sit and work anywhere in the office.

Cons

- The product is unstable to such an extreme level that it will boggle and frustrate you. - No work-life balance at all! They expect you to work on weekends and take no leaves so please beware! - Too much politics amongst the upper management and it's only favouritism that prevails. There are basically 4-5 people handling the company and they want you to work the way they want. - No appreciation for smart workers but only for followers and people who suck up. (please don't mind the profanity) - A not so soothing experience with salary negotiation. - Too much cost-cutting exercises already!
