Work conditions horrible open plan noisy and very cramped, no work at home or remote working policy and we all had very long commutes this is because the CEO runs the company like a outsourced call center which is his background. Pay and benefits are not competitive with the area, CEO has office 5 minutes from his home for his convenience. Product training is very weak and all the software development is outsourced to Bulgaria and India they are or have moved development to Macedonia and seem to be outsourcing support to Macedonia also.

Monet Software is really not a good company and I would not recommend working there. Management has no vision and support is lead by an incompetent person who has no idea about either technology or the product. The company has no trust nor respect for any of their employees, it is ran like a bad call center where people are just treated like unreliable children, that you can easily intimidate and humiliate. There are some really nice people there who actually know what they are doing and were recently added to the company but overall it’s a terrible, cheap, uncomfortable, mean and very short-sighted environment. The options for growth are near impossible and the salaries are not in line at all with the market. Just like the CEO, Monet Software expects to get the max out of their employees without ever offering anything rewarding or positive.
