Crapy products built on top of legacy platforms Industry is getting smaller and smaller - so there are not many opportunities for the growth of this company Management is just bad. They have no idea what they are doing Worst experience I ever had. Do not waste your time with this failing company

Bad Tech, Good Money

Good Money for the Italian market Good working hours Funny people

Cons

They are selling you the Idea that you are gonna work for a product company but after a while you will easily realize that this is a web agency selling products. Products totally driven by the Market (Car Dealers), with no vision. Top managers actually cannot hold back from micromanagement. You can find CEO or CTOs (yes 2) still putting words on final and micro details from UX to ending up writing terrible code or personally taking care of support tickets in a company that has more than 300 employees. Quality is not important, even though they will tell you so.
