They have to bake 500 breads to get a 200 ct bread order perfect .And then throw out the other 300 breads for a pigfarm.Its the oldest equipment conceivable. Nothing modern..lack if any innovation. A company that blows smoke screens to the public..Its almost out if business.Almost one account away from going belly up. THIS BAKERY IS ALL ABOUT IMAGE..MOT ABOUT PROGRESS.. They are severely RESTRICTED AS TO WHO AND WHERE THEY CAN SELL THEIR BREAD...BIG FINNCIAL ISSUES !!

The management is old school. The equipment is ancient. The processes are on paper. There is no consistent quality EVER!. The benefits though good where way too expensive. As an outside sale director, I had to pay for all of my own flights, hotels and expenses and then had to follow up over and over again to get my expense check. My boss would say one thing and then do another. The management is a 70 year old man who is afraid of technology and is driving his amazing company into the ground, one less than perfect roll at a time.
