Pros

If you are currently in an org where you occasionally find yourself running out of work and do not like that, this is the place to be.

Cons

If you have any regard for work-life balance, this is not the place for you. The company is build around the expectation that all employees are willing to give their 150% and this results in constant unrealistic deadlines and the employees working in evenings, weekends and holidays. Employees are scattered around different time zones. How is that handled? Well, by expecting everyone to be available at all times. A colleague from a different time zone needs something urgently and it is not your working time? Tough luck, you will be tagged in the chat and expected to respond and if that does not work, you might get a phone call. As could be expected, this leads to extreme burnout with a lot of people, but do not expect your managers to be interested in that. All that you get will be statements such as that everyone is in the same boat and shrugging off your concerns. You will be expected to continue working in this fashion and your complaints will fall on deaf ears.

Pros

They managed to hire some great folks..but they leave soon because of the poor culture and work ethics.

Cons

First of all, most of the positive reviews are forced by HR/managers and are fake. Actually the way they treat their employee speaks a lot about how they treat their customer as well. -Unethical managment style -They just recognize their favorites and ignore the great work of others -Toxic culture -They mess with Rep's Commission-some are still fighting for it legally -No security, every now and then someone is fired or people leave, still don't think attrition is a problem for them -In the last few months, almost 70% of leaders from different department resigned -Racist comments and playing favorites is common (even top leadership) -Don't care to follow the process, everything is just random -VP/Dir have no power, just taking instruction from the top -Irony is, they are in the business of labour law & compliance etc. But they mess with their employees in every possible way. Reason why they dont prefer people in some countries-Strict rules-they know they can't mess in those countries.
