Low pay, the position has very high turnover, no room for significant advancement unless you can stand being there for 2+ years. Low energy work environment. The company doesn't care about creating opportunities for employees to grow... which would lead to company growth and innovation within the company but alas, they have found their niche in the music business and they are going to hold on to it until the next inevitable change in the industry happens then they will disappear. They are just looking for people to fill seats in the meantime.
