      Pros

      Free drinks. Nothing else really.

      Cons

      Too much politics and favouritism in CISO office. Bad managers and mental harassment is prevelant. Business partner HR doesn't listen/ respond. And you're forced to move out if you voice out or make a formal complaint. Pathetic place and pathetic people

      - Used to have a friendly remote work policy (RTO is enforced in 2025) - Premium N26 accounts - Good learning budget - International talent with diverse, creative ideas and solutions

      Cons

      - Badly managed workplace, managers have a big role in everything and they are the bottlenecks, pull their own people down - Fake and pointless OKRs, underreporting - Slow growth, you need to suck up - No reward for speaking up and telling the truth - Average salary, the top management looks at the employees as peasants
