      Pros

      work with some big clients like ICC, BCCI, Star Sports.

      Cons

      pathetic salary structure. Show agreement to all the management decisions and orders if you want to grow. your suggestions are never welcomed. company only focuses on how to earn more and more profit out of the employees. doesn't respect and value employees life. very mean, liar and selfish management.

      Pros

      * Get to chance to travel all around the world. *NEP India has a great team of people. * will get a chance to work with BCCI and ICC.

      Cons

      * Salary Structure is not good. * you get promoted but your salary remains the same. * Job profile is not defined properly. you have to do everything when it is required. *managers always listen to your concern but I don't sure your concern will be addressed or not. * work-life balance (You have to travel a lot approx 7 months in the year some people enjoy it some not.)
