Flexibility in hours. Upper management is more accessible and down to earth than other places I have worked.

There are a lot of systems that all seem too independent of each other make for a lot areas that half only part of the information you're looking for. General data accessibility seems to be lacking relative to other firms in the industry.

All positions are greatly underpaid compares to market standard. High turnover. Office is old-schooled. IT system could be improved.

Some really nice people there, maybe a bit more lax than other finance companies
Cons
No growth potential for most employees (no matter how much they claim there is) Everybody is underpaid compared to industry standards. Management doesn't care about their workforce.

Great view of city, decent people, you can work your way up if you are interested in working in the investment industry. Able to work from home full time if job allows.
Cons
Partners get paid like kings while workers below beg to even get a raise. Raise is capped at a percentage so no way to surpass even if you tried. Insanely quiet office, basically a library. Very old fashioned, office could be updated.
