Only pro when you are on leave and don't have to be there.

Cons

Bullying underhand management The only way you can progress is if you are a favourite of corrupt senior management

Thank you for your comment and I am sorry that you feel as you do about your management. We do take these matters very seriously so please do flag this with your Director who will certainly investigate any issues. In the meantime we were concerned to see if there was a more general problem and so we have looked at the recent staff survey. Nothing was flagged up which is reassuring. Please do talk to your Director though about your specific concerns.
