Pros
One of the few companies where employee satisfaction is a core value. With a virtually unlimited vacation/time off policy, regular raise reviews, internal promotion, and performance bonuses, NTG has one of the highest retention rates in the industry.
Cons
As the company is almost 100% virtual, the social aspect of a physical office environment is diminished. While video conferencing, phone calls, and email keep people in touch, there is a certain aspect of a physical office that is lost. Maybe, I'm just old?
