      Pros

      I worked at NW computing for 3 years. They worked hard on developing their culture into a really positive and supportive environment. It’s definitely one of the best places I’ve worked. Would recommend working here.

      Pros

      There was a great culture at NW Computing early last year and management worked hard to cultivate this.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional and disorganised. Change in leadership lead to a high turnover and nurtured a really toxic culture. Lack of development opportunities.
