I worked for NIF more than 8 years.The management is very supportive,EVC himself is a great learner.Best place to gain knowledge.enjoy the Presidential award function.Time flexibility.nothing more than a best place to work

Zero learning You hardly get anything related to your profile No clarity of thoughts Dirty politics Mental harassment Believes in quantity not quality Will send you on tours without any prior notice Will ask you to pay your own money while traveling No fixed working hours, will make you to sit till night 3am Saturday full day working May call you on Sundays as well without any important work No family life as they can call you at night 12 as well even though you are a woman Distant place, with no office transport available No PF or other benefits High Employee drop ratio, 3 to 4 employees resign every month.
